The planned house will be located on a plot in the town of Fužine located in the southwestern part of Gorski kotar. The planned gross area of closed spaces of the house is 156 m2, and auxiliary buildings-garages is 40 m2.
The terrain is in a steep slope, and the investor's request was to allow a smooth view of the lake, which is why the house is located at the first upper top of the plot. Access to the plot is at the lowest point where the buried garage is located. A pedestrian staircase follows the terrain configuration leads to the house.
The house is oriented southwest-northeast. With its glazed façade, the house is open to the southwest while in the northeast there are service rooms and a staircase.
The construction of the house will be made of CLT cross-lamelated wood. The volume of the house is compact, rectangular in shape, without divorce, to ensure maximum efficiency.
Functionally, the house is divided into ground floor where the spaces for use during the day and floor under a sloping roof for use at night. The outdoor space in front of the ground floor is designed for outdoor living in the warmer months of the year.
The exterior of the house is planned partly as a ventilated larch facade, and partly as a ventilated sheet metal facade.
