The planned house will be located on a plot in Sunger, Gorski kotar.
The planned net area of closed spaces of the house without coefficients is 280 m2.
The spacious and flat plot enabled the ideal accommodation of a north-south orientation house.
The investor’s request to shape the house is the so-called A-shape. It is characterized by a roof structure in a strong slope that reaches to the ground itself.
Under A-shape are two functions into which the house is divided. Most of which have housing, a connecting element in which the entrance area is and a smaller A-shape where an indoor pool and other wellness facilities are planned.
To the south, through the glass window wall at full height, there is an unobstructed view of the surrounding hills and the nature of the Gorski kotar.
The construction of the house will be entirely made of CLT cross-lamelated wood, both load-bearing walls, ceiling panels and roof construction which will be an exceptional advantage at the very speed of construction.
Functionally, the house is divided into ground floor where there are spaces for use during the day, two attic floors for use at night, and space in front of the ground floor that is intended for outdoor living in the warmer months of the year.
The exterior of the house is planned as a ventilated sheet metal facade.
