The planned house will be located on a plot in the village of Podsused, the town of Zagreb, on the border with the Medvednica nature park.

 

The planned net area of closed spaces of the house is 130 m2, and auxiliary buildings-garages is 18 m2.

 

At the request of the investor, the house is functionally organized as a house with two apartments. Each apartment is oriented so that it has its own intimacy entrance, outdoor garage as well as outdoor terraces.

The north façade is oriented towards the access street and with its façade it correspondes to the low construction that surrounds it. The south façade is oriented to the south where it borders adjacent green plots and external terraces are located here.

 

The construction of the house will be made of CLT cross-lamelated wood, both load-bearing walls, ceiling panels and roof construction which will be an exceptional advantage at the very speed of construction.

 

Functionally, the house is divided into ground floor where there are spaces for use during the day, with one additional bedroom, the attic floor is intended for use at night and the space in front of the ground floor which is intended for outdoor living .

 

The exterior of the house is planned as a combination of a ventilated brick façade and a classic ethics façade in anthracite color.
